fishing in an ocean of ignorance,
singing songs of easy wealth,
to folks, eager to cock-an-ear,
the mature rich, unwitting prey,
and the not so opulent, aging little lambs,
retired savers, who surrendered, their health to medication,
a lifetimes work, taxing endeavors,
so that they could enjoy, their days in the sun,
ensnared by navigators of investments,
tempters with hungry appetite,
ghouls of avarice, with luring invites,
drawing-pulling-attracting,
just enjoy our free lunch solicitations...
echoes the seduction lullaby,
partakers of erroneous information,
at the mercy of currency magnetizers,
soon to be smashed on the rocks,
fed to the sharks,
slowly;
sinking into Davy Jones's locker,
skint and unloved,
a life savings ... all washed up
